Tour Our Campus
A Place to Heal. A Space to Grow. A Community That Cares.
At Pivot, recovery doesn’t happen in a vacuum—it happens in the real world. That’s why we’ve designed our campuses in Tucson, Arizona to reflect the next stage of life for young men in recovery: structured, supportive, and just independent enough to start stepping into adulthood with confidence.
Our transitional living homes are more than just places to sleep—they're environments where growth happens every day. Safe, beautiful, and purposefully designed for young adults in recovery, each space at Pivot encourages accountability, self-care, and connection.
Where Is Our Young Adult Program Located?
Pivot operates out of central Tucson, a college town known for its sunshine, mountains, and vibrant local culture. We’re located just minutes from the University of Arizona, Pima Community College, grocery stores, parks, and countless recovery meetings.
Tucson offers the perfect balance: enough energy to inspire young men to move forward, and enough space to slow down and focus on what really matters.
Our Three-Campus Transitional Living Model
We’ve built three separate living environments to meet residents where they are in their journey:
Adolescent Transitional Living
ATL's homelike campus nestled against picturesque mountains in Tucson is perfect for teens in Phase I and II. Designed with the most effective treatment modalities, pedagogies, and environmental settings for young adults still in high-school.
Key features include:
- Dedicated school hours
- Experiential activities that encourage connectivity & sober fun
- Staff on site 24/7 for support and accountability
- Community kitchen and dining areas to support independence and skill-building
- Putting green, basketball court, fire pit, and more
The adolescent transitional living campus was created to bring together recovery, therapeutic support, life skills, and fun. It is the next step to success for adolescents leaving primary care that still need the therapeutic, academic, and peer supports provided for in traditional treatment environments.
Transitional Living Campus
This private, courtyard-style complex offers the ideal setting for young men in Phase I or Phase II of our program. Residents live in shared homes with individual bedrooms and common kitchens and living spaces.
Key features include:
- A peaceful courtyard with a koi pond and meditation garden
- Outdoor fire pit and sitting areas for group meetings and downtime
- Staff on site 24/7 for support and accountability
- Private rooms with shared living arrangements to model healthy peer dynamics
- Community kitchen and dining areas to support independence and skill-building
Residents on this campus typically attend 1–2 college classes, work part-time, volunteer, or are completing high school. It’s a quieter, more structured environment that encourages internal stability and daily progress. Perfect for sober living.
Collegiate Recovery Campus
Once residents are taking 3 or more college courses and demonstrating consistent accountability, they may be eligible to move into our Collegiate Recovery House—a beautiful home originally built by Josias Joesler, one of Tucson’s most respected architects.
This house feels like a cross between a college fraternity home and a wellness retreat. It offers:
- A full chef’s kitchen and spacious dining room
- Large shared living spaces with natural light and high ceilings
- Study rooms and quiet areas for academic focus
- Outdoor areas for relaxing and gathering
- A welcoming, student-focused culture grounded in sobriety
The Collegiate Campus is designed for residents who are further along in their recovery and academic journey, but still want the community and support that Pivot provides.

Young Adult Men’s Recovery on Campus
